Maybe we should take a hint from Prince

Prince Hoarded Cash, Owned 67 10-Ounce Gold Bars When He Died; Avoided Stocks And Bonds

(The above phrase courtesy of zerohedge.com)

So Prince saw through the lies and deceit and stayed away from stocks and bonds.  You want to know why?  HE WAS SMART!!!!!

Yes he knew that the purple rain when it fell would result in a period of let’s go crazy and after that all you would hear were doves crying.

Trying to be cute but dead serious at the same time.  Prince knew you have to stay liquid in present society.  Not water liquid but asset liquid so when the”you know what” hits the fan you have something tangible to trade, barter, or use to purchase services, food or other things with. SMART MAN

His estate was all made up of the above mentioned gold, cash, cars and real estate assets all of which you can turn to help your survival when the bottom drops out.

The bottom will drop out, tired of the theory it won’t.  You can only hold the American public hostage so long before they start to know their little cocoon world’s are not so protected and there will come a point where they stand to lose everything they have.

You can’t have healthcare making up 20% of GDP and survive.  Simple math shows it doesn’t work.  And you can’t pay Social Security and Medicare benefits when the government doesn’t have the revenue to do so.

What we are going to go through in the next 4-8 years, Martin Scorsese could only dream of such a script.

There’s no more partying like it’s 1999, that has past, and how appropriate his song is “Thieves in the Temple”, read the lyrics below.  Makes me get a cold shiver!

Lyrics

Love come quick
Love come in a hurry
There are thieves in the temple tonight

They don’t care where they kick
Just as long as they hurt you
There are thieves in the temple tonight

Love if you’re there come save me
From all this cold despair
I can hang when you’re around
But I’ll surely die
If you’re not there

Love come quick
Love come in a hurry
There are thieves in the temple tonight

I feel like I’m looking for my soul (Soul)
Like a poor man looking for gold (Gold)
There are thieves in the temple tonight

Voices from the sky say rely on your best friend to pull you through
But even if I wanted to I couldn’t really truly ’cause my only friend is you

Come on

There are thieves in the temple tonight

Kicking me in my heart, tearing me all apart
(Tearing me, tearing me, tearing me all apart)
‘Cause me and you could have been a work of art
Thieves in the temple

Baby don’t you know I’m holding on
The best that I can
Love please help me be
The better man

Better than the thieves in the temple
In the temple tonight

Oh, thieves in the temple (Tonight) tonight
Hurt me

Love come quick
Love come in a hurry
There are thieves in the temple tonight

Thieves in the temple

You said you loved me! (Thieves in the temple)
You said I was your friend! (Thieves in the temple)
You were supposed to take care of me! (Love come quick) {Thieves in the
Temple}
You lie! Love come (Lie!) in a hurry (Lie!)

Thieves in the temple tonight
